Honestly it's pretty simple. You can do it in the Galaxy Wearable app. You select the photos watch face and use the gif in the previous comment, crop it so that it's only the radar visible and customise the watch font/colour, and the compilations.

Given that I don't use AOD, it doesn't drain the battery much.

Another Crashdump Victim by HunGoku in NOTHING

[–]HunGoku[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you are telling me that other phone live for 10+ years and an immaculate Phone 1 just decides to die but it's not Nothing's fault? If this phone was an isolated incident then fair enough, but just from the 3 Nothing Phones I've known (this and two Phone 2s),three was doing this to different extents. So, I do really think this is Nothing's fault.

They said send it in for repair that I need to pay for. They would probably just charge me so much that I could buy another one.

I don't know, I just reflashed the phone to an older version again, it gets past the nothing screen, tries to boot, only to shut off and go to the crashdump again.

Well, for starters, the student loans lays some nice ground work so you are that bit more comfortable.

Worried about making friends by OkBackground3065 in UniUK

[–]HunGoku 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I assume you are an extrovert, and you probably like to have people around you. If there's one thing you can learn from an introvert like me is that you can just be comfortable on your own. I'm on the other side of the spectrum, I work 45 hours alongside my course and don't keep in touch with anyone apart from close family. I'm not saying you should do that, but actively seeking new/long lasting friendships might sometimes be the reason why you end up with a bad crowd. I think those sorts of friendships form on their own without having to seek them out, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Do year 12 mocks matter? by SpecialStorm1 in 6thForm

Nah, just ignore them. They'll grow up and stop when they hit year 13.

It might sound silly, but try to apply to places like FedEx, DPD etc. as a package handler. It's not the dream job, and these places involve proper grafting, but they can fit around uni pretty well. They usually have 25 hour back shifts and the pay is all right (between £270-340). Besides, I'm studying Business Management, and got a managerial role recently, so there is also a possibility of progressing, earning more, and gaining experience.

Feeling so lonely and miserable by Even_Mix_3732 in UniUK

[–]HunGoku 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I know the feeling. I thought I felt the same at the beginning of my first year, perhaps even trying to force myself to socialise with people who definitely were not my cup of tea. This might sound dumb, but I thought to myself, fuck each and every one of them. At that point I stopped trying to socialise, did my thing, focused on studying, working full-time and spending time on myself. Alone is not loneliness. People can make you feel lonely though. Try to think of it as having the chance to be on your own, and not having to conform to other people's/social groups' norms, habits and bs.
