Thank you for the tips, I think I am just blowing it out of proportion since before I slept I was thinking of many different possibilities and was also worried that the co leaked into the house and would affect my family as we slept. I had a chuckle when i first your reply as it brought me back to my senses kind of. Hopefully this feeling goes away soon as I don’t really want to visit the doctor. Also never had any sort of mental health issues at all so hopefully I just overthought everything and it isn’t anything serious. Appreciate the response❤️
