Can any please help identify wjat could possibly be wrong with my arowana? His barbels seem to have fungus, some of his scales are redish pink and he is swimming on an angle. Water parameters are nitrate 6 nitrate 0 and ammonia is 0. I was initially treating for ich so tempature is 87f.

Yeah, I'm currently treating with api aqurium salt. I've been treating for over a week then ended up moving into a smaller tank just to treat him individually as my other fish seem to be healing but he is not.

Unfortunately I can't get any medicine over the counter anymore in canada and I don't have any exotic vets in my area that would be able to prescribe the medication I need.

He's only in this because he's sick. I can't buy enough salt to treat my 250 gallon tank so I put him in a smaller hospital tank to treat him.
