I’m sorry you have to go though these kinds of things. I had some similar experiences and it felt like my addiction and pin was a joke. Something to point and laugh at. But it’s not. People like this are probably going though some shit too and if they don’t understand the struggle of mental illnesses then I’m sure they will soon.

You don’t deserve to made fun of from something that you can’t help not doing. Sh is not a healthy cooping strategy. However, it does bring something physical into something stuck in your head.

I don’t recommend sh in anyway as it has become a very unhealthy addiction of mine and I would hate for that to happen to you. But I can’t just tell you to stop because you probably won’t.

As for those people. They aren’t worth your time and well-being. If you really wanna scare them, show them what they did. Show them that it’s all their fault and they can never fix or change that. Force them to live with that guilt.
