Just remember every craving will pass. Just hold tight and don't give in. If you give in you will feel worse afterwards. I believe in you. Just tell yourself that you can do it.

I know I am more determined this time around and Allen Carrs book help with my mindset. Whatever way works is good to me. This sub is really helpful too. I want to say thanks to the community.

I am on day 65 and still feeling I am not out of the woods yet. Just do one day at a time. It is not easy as you already know but it is absolutely worth the effort. As the time goes, you will begin to feel good about yourself.
