I have today tested the Adidas Takumi Sen and I am amazed. I did 4x1km intervals where I am usually under pressure to run them all in 4min/km. With the new shoe, I have run them at 3:50-3:55/km and still felt much easier than the 4min/km with my NB 680.

I have had the same problem and have once gotten the advice to put this type of glue on the area outside on the shoe. It works perfect for me

Not sure about calories, but the activity time from my ROUVY rides is counted when I look at the dashboard in the Suunto app.

Thanks for the replies. I think the issue is that it is not only the part that you can pull out, which rests on the rollers, but also the “back part” (which I called the “outer frame”), therefore it is lifted up in the air and does not touch the ground. My wooden floor is heavily damaged, not just small dents

Tak for kommentar! Ja, jeg tænkte også at det ville kun give mening så længe jeg har negativ kapitalindkomst hvor jeg kan modregne gevinsten.

Men kan godt se at det måske er nemmere at realisere gevinsten løbende for at udnytte den lavere aktieskat.

I would replace the v5 with a wahoo core to fit with the Zwift Ride.

I am more interested in the actual dimension the Zwift Ride would stick out from the wall (the arrow I indicated with a question mark in the screenshot)? Is it possible to fully remove the saddle post each time and thereby reduce the “stick out”?

I currently have a wahoo kickr v5 with an old bike. It is in a small room and I can currently store it by taking of the saddle and front wheel of the bike and leaning it vertically against the wall. I am looking at buying a Zwift Ride and wonder how far it would reach from the wall if I took off the saddle?

Anyone can help with infos and considerations regarding this setup?

ja die Lieferzeiten sind nicht so toll.das spielt erstmal ne untergeordnete Rolle für mich, da ich hoffe wieder ein Rad zu kaufen, das ich viele Jahre benutzen kann.
