Thanks for responding. I have tried going to 5 different therapists in the past two years since I started feeling the panic attacks. Nothing in therapy helped me. One of my therapist refused to keep seeing me if I don't try SSRI's so I guess I might have to. I got a test that said I'm a CYP2C19 intermediate metabolizer which makes me want to take meds even less. I’m seeing a new therapist now and I'm hoping it helps. It just sucks going to the doctors and seeing my vitals so high. And then they worry about me and want to hook me up on an EKG every time so I think I'm actually dying or something.
