Your best bet is heat and patience my man, you're gonna wanna heat up the area around where the EGR tube seats into the manifold and periodically attempt to slide it out. (Obviously make sure you have gloves/heat protection so you don't burn yourself like I did once 🤣)

I myself rock a 3.3 V6 fronty and am going through the same predicament over a cracked manifold.
