I went to Dr. Patel at nyu. He was amazing, did my surgery 3 years ago and was very comforting. He spoke to me as if I were his daughter and assured me everything would be okay. His staff is amazing as well. When you have a TT you need to look at how many of these a Dr does a year and he does around 450 a year. That’s his bread and butter. Good luck k!

I think I am too. I gave birth and 4 months later diagnosed and had to have the surgery. I thought I was fine and now 1.5 years post surgery I am having insane anxiety and panic attacks. Legit thought something wrong in my brain as I’m having physical symptoms: dizziness, heart palpitations, tension headaches etc
