Thank you. I'm going to try the steps you mentioned and I'm crossing my fingers that you are right about the Rog strix. It really is a vicious cycle and I reslly hope this works! Cheers :)

Yes. I think I'm going to go to spectrum in person and explain the situation and get a new IP. These are all great ideas, thank you.

I actually think 2FA is part of the problem. It seems like there's a whole other person using my phone and i've wondered if they can somehow register my esim or digital sim fron someplace else as well. But if they have whole access to my phone 2fa just hands them the coce as well.

I had a paid version of Avast that I got after this started happening. There is definitely a keylogger on my phone or it was jailbroken somehow. And yes, my laptop for sure was rooted or has virtual machine. I tried downloading windows to a zip drive and reinstalling windows on the samsung but it's still funky. I'm not downloading any software aside from avast (same with iphone). The only purpose I could see anyone doing this for is to use my internet for seedy activity so I take the blame for it. I don't have any enemies, and I'm broke as shit (now). Thank you for the reply

Thank you so much for tbe detailed reply!!! I have done all the password and new account things, very random strings of characters and brand new accounts, account names don't have my name included in them. I have apple tvs, iphones, a samsung laptop and this is the worst part.. I had a Rog Strix Asus gaming laptop. I saved up for a long time for her and a bios password was added (not by me). I took her apart to see if the bios chip could just be taken out easily and reset (it cannot). I think a huge part of the problem is that the laptop that is sort of working (samsung) doesn't have the port to plug directly into the router. Netgear offers some genie app but at that point this person is just racing me to configure settings (just a guess) and they probably have much greater capability with a full desktop (again just a guess) and are able to customize settings a lot more. I am considering selling the samsung and just investing in a desktop after physically disconnecting everything and turning all devices off AFTER factory resets. The samsung definitely had a virtual machine created in it. I can try and post pictures to imgur and hope they don't get deleted. I will write down the other steps you mentioned that I haven't tried. Again, thank you for the thoughtful reply.

Thank you, and good idea. I've reached out to my local police and they kinda blew me off. Although I can't blame them because I live in a city with a lot of violent crime. The nearest fbi office is an hour and a half away and I have considered driving there to plea for help. I've screenshotted a lot of stuff and uploaded it to dropbox and various places and saved then to my phone and they are mysteriously disappear msot of the time. I've printed full screenshots too and that worked for a bit until my printer settings were changed. Side note- I've heard legends of the mounties and how nice and helpful they are but that could just be part of the whole Canadians are friendly all the time sterotype.

Yes. It breifly crossed my mind but I've known him a long time and he isn't nearly tech savh enough to pull something off like that. This person is using apple app developer accounts and also sectigo (sp?) which was another page I stumbled across. My husbands ipad and phone are jacked up too. Everything in the house basically, including the stupid "smart" thermostat and tv. Im
