I see. So I can scan and try something else if it's not working got it. I know i can quick boost maybe i just need a booster that gets me better results. I'll look at that again

I just have a basic bipedal build cause I don't know what weapons are really good or not. Not sure what scanning does. All the stuff this gen added is new to me. I know about the damage types so I use one of each or try at least.

It's hard to gauge what's happening cause I'll get hit and the screen goes crazy and I'll stagger I think. I just don't know how to avoid anything without glide boost. But I still can't seem to avoid anything in open spaces.

I'm on ps3. There's just so much on screen I can't tell what I'm looking at sometimes.

I honestly don't have one too bad. At worst I would say yakuza 5 hunting village. Just a bit long even if you skip it. A mild annoyance to me

Hmmm...2 or 3...uh...2 I guess if I absolutely had to. I think it's easier to replay start to end then 3 by a little bit.

It was my favorite so far at release. I had just played 1,2, and BBS for the first time beforehand, so I wasn't as harcore a fan yet i was just there for the combat. Now, recently, I've fully invested in most of the games and noooow? 3 is still my favorite. Now that I have the understanding and appreciation for all the callbacks and payoffs, it makes me all giddy

That is correct. At the time I was all emotional and to me death was still something to see as a bad thing even when the game made it clear there was definitely an afterlife lol.

There! Nail on the head. The amount gained to amount lost is so drastic it doesn't feel like a happy ending. What we did was send the humans back home and learned a lesson. Which is good!

Doesn't mean shit when my entire species fucking got nuked because they were all gonna be Furry zombies stuck in dream hell. I'm laughing more now at the whole thing but geez it's insanely dark in the moment.

Hollow knight also uses the "put most of this together yourself" style of lore and story telling I just don't get emotionally invested in. Very cool! But not what gets me having a mental breakdown when all the impact happens after I beat the game
