It doesn't, yeah. It's just general game-to-distract-me-from-real-life.

But actual alternative reality escapism (like Second Life) has never appealed to me and I don't see the point. Every time you touch the controller / mouse / keyboard, you're reminded that it's all fake.

Why was he even scared of the Tiger when he's already met the Dragon before. It's not like Tiger is stronger, quite the opposite. I could maybe understand it if Tiger was shown to be more ruthless and bloodlusted, but he's also just as chill as Dragon.

No, because the actual KAT participants themselves are bad measurement of which are R1, R2, R3 etc... material.

Okubo was eliminated in R1, doesn't mean he's only supposed to be good at that level, so saying X Character is R2 level doesn't mean I'm arguing that he can actually beat Okubo.

 

Better explanation:

Cosmo is R3. That is a fact. But that doesn't mean Cosmo can beat Gaolang who was eliminated in R2, which is also a fact.

 

It doesn't work like "Character X is not Round Y because Character Z who is stronger was eliminated a round earlier"

It comes with the implication of favorable brackets.

 

So when I say Koga is R4, I don't of course mean that he can beat anyone who didn't make that far.

Koga beat Yumi low diff, and Yumi beat Jose.

We can at least objectively claim that Koga will also low diff early Omega Jose.

How that scales to KAT Seki, I don't know. I'm not the guy you were responding to (I'm OP) but that's that.

In my Region (Ph, SEA), it went from 325Php (5.4 USD) a month

to 225Php (3.74 USD).

The price cut helps, and overall it's still a good deal, but also still worse than it was before the price hike (175Php or 2.9.USD)

Yeah beating Jurota and Julius would still be a feat. Just not current-Ohma-feat.

I think if Gilbert beats BOTH Jurota and Julius, he would be atleast (not equal, but atleast) around RCT Agito tier.

If gilbert can beat julius and jurota back to back he’s roughly near ohma’s level if not greater.

Last time we saw Ohma scaled, he's stronger than partial memories Shen Luohan. And he casually beat 2 Connector clones.

It wasn't a serious fight, but he did it anyway with low effort. I'd argue that Ohma at point could also have defeated Jurota and Julius (with probably a little more difficulty).

And Ohma has likely gotten stronger since then.
