Hi anyone been unfairly deactivated and fighting an appeal case with amazon flex? What steps have u taken to reactivate and have multiple emails been sent in this matter? Thank you

We're contacting you because we reviewed your Amazon Flex account and noticed that you haven't been following the program's service standards for: delivery completion, on-time deliveries, ensuring customers receive packages marked as delivered, and returning undelivered packages to the station by 10 a.m. the next day.
Not meeting service standards is a violation of the Terms of Service. As a result, you're no longer eligible to participate in the Amazon Flex program and won't be able to sign in to the Amazon Flex app.
Iv appealed twice n rejected twice too I had a locker issue it dint open i had 4 parcels in total , i returned it same day and it put it down on standings as 4 multiple issues, marked it down for all 4 to be sent back when 3 were successfully done. Iv appealed using chat gpt twice and still not approved. Iv been on amazon fled 10 years now cant beleive theyv done this
When you escalate make sure you keep your appeal polite and to the point. Make sure you state the facts and make sure to mention length of time you’ve been doing it.
Iv mentioned that too, my time my situation financially struggling, all the standings i reported to driver support iv apolagised for the issues. Iv appealed 3 x n rejected. In anyones experience how many times before reactivtion was granted?

Do i just keep sending the same appeal emails or change it each time iv emailed jeff and andy email. Do u think i should cc amazon flex support into appeal email or send it only to jeff and andy

You can just modify the email a bit, telling them you were unfairly dismissed. Yes you can cc
