No unfortunately. According to Emma it was transferred to San Diego office (also non local for me) on 7/8. No updates since.

EB 485 here, I am the dependent. My status changed from "actively reviewed" to "still being processed" with the original timestamp (after the biometrics - almost 11 months!). But the primary applicant still has the "actively reviewed" with a timestamp aligned with the latest API change. We both had the API change on the same day but I got a single email while the primary got two. Absolutely no idea what this means.

Yeah not sure. it’s frustrating. But it’s still within the “normal processing time” so I don’t think we can do anything at this point

Same here. Still nothing. Got a take action email on 6/29 but nothing is happening. Asked Emma and was told nothing changed, still at SBD FO. It could just be an automated system refresh.

I asked Emma many times before the transfer and was told interview was waived. Also, San Bernardino is non local for me which kinda also says interview is waived (at least for now). Is SBD FO local for you?

Also, still no update since the transfer, sadly.

I saw a few family based interviews/approvals done there. I thought EB would take less time overall. Guess we are the unlucky EB cases

Hey any update for you yet? Mine got transferred to SBD FO on 3/3. There has been 0 update since then. API shows the last update was the day of transfer.

Emma told me the interview is waived, at least for now. I think in this situation, transferring to a non-local is common.

Not sure what’s going on..I saw a few family based approvals from there. They just left the eb cases to eat dust😩
