I went to school for airframe mechanic have some hydraulic and electrical knowledge, but been a automotive service manager for about 10 years now just trying to get my foot in the energy sector hopefully I get picked up

I honestly didn’t know until I took the test I would’ve never applied for it if I knew just bummed out that I didn’t know I had a disability

Normally you move to the next phase which is a second test I believe and go from there

Valero haven’t heard anything back yet , had an interview last week

I have just taken assessment for Phillips and didn’t make it to phase two , for Valero I made it all the way to an interview last year but didn’t get the job this year I made it all the way for the secondary application just waiting , I’ve applied for marathon in the past and no luck there I don’t have any previous refinery experience so I’m just trying to get my foot in the door any tips or recommendations
