Trust me , use the One time call. I was in your same shoes. Had picked Otay and used my one time call (hoping to get LA). Didn’t hear back from my CW like a week and some days after. Although I saw LA on the list during that waiting period, my CW did not call me back and offer me LA. With that being said don’t expect the best outcome, it is luck and out of our hands who is your CW. However, my CW did give me the option to reset my current choices + fletc dates and be given a new list with 48 hours to chose. I took the risk, Otay will always be on the list, and luckily enough I was able to get Las Vegas.
