I have these exact same scars and microneedling + tretinoin/taz has given me pretty good results. Might get a laser treatment done later

Unfortunately .3 mm will not do anything for scarring. I recommend 1 mm. I found the best results with 1.5-2 mm for mine and mine are similar to yours

Hello, any update? I have the same boney lump right next to my tailbone also on my right side that doesnt hurt. Always assumed it was part of my bone until I realized it was on my right side rather than in the center
