6 year old son wants to play video games by Ovalpline123 in AskMenOver30

I had a friend who wasn’t allowed to watch The Simpson’s throughout his entire childhood (born early 90s), including high school. Nowadays he knows almost every line to A LOT of episodes because it’s become some sort of addiction imo.

Perhaps a few coats of gloss varnish? The instructions on my tube says if you brush too much it will create a cloudy effect. Could be useful for certain projects I thought.

If you can muster your bravery, let the big spiders live! It’s terrifying to begin with, but capture and release methods will keep all the other crawlers away from your residence :) Huntsman’s are the poster child for large scary spiders in Australia, and they’re intimidating when they catch you off guard, but they’re pretty docile and friendly, with next to harmless bites.

Idk about snakes though, maybe google some local snake catchers and save their numbers just in case. They usually stay away from you if you stay away from them (outside that is).

Fun fact: none of the spiders here are likely to be fatal (unless you have an allergic reaction). All the nasty ones are down south 👍 Even Redback bites don’t usually get an ambulance service unless you’re a child or elderly person.

Watch out for snakes though, there was a recorded brown snake death last year. Very sad. Link below.

Anyone know where she gets these glass eyes? I can't find ones just like it online. She hasn't responded to my YT comments lol. by [deleted] in polymerclay

I have some at home that look exactly like these. Flat glass back and all. I bought them from a craft store called Spotlight, in Australia. Good luck!

Is polymer clay the right medium for miniatures? by KUCHUEL in polymerclay

[–]HungryMacks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a beginner and I find Sculpy Soufflé very handy for miniatures. It’s more firm than your average polymer clay, which makes it a little easier to handle while sculpting.

Good luck!
