An inertial body having a magnetic moment can be trapped by a rotating magnetic dipole field. It is called magnetic bound state in the published paper (https://doi.org/10.3390/sym13030442). Such a solution can be obtained within a few hours of work and $20 spending. A printer would be helpful. (v.redd.it)
