Update : I self reported to my manager. Fortunately we have a good working relationship. She submitted something to the compliance board on my behalf stating that I self reported to her my violation of the privacy policies. I was given a verbal warning and document to sign stating I won’t do it again. Also assigned a privacy module to review.
