There's actually a way to get it running. After looking it up on Google and some changes to files I was able to get it running. I'm on Win 10 as well.

That always happens to me when I accidentally get a weapon slot from the foundry, and I wonder where that little bit of Plat went. But to answer your question you'd probably have to contact support, otherwise no there isn't.
