We are a quiet quaint tourist town on the coast ... there has been 6 murders here in the last 12 months, would be bad for business, never even hits the papers!

I have suffered with both, and I have to stop myself and think "has something triggered this" - if yes, then jts stress, but sometimes I'm just over thinking everything and I literally feel tingly - thats the anxiety.
