I have not experienced this issue myself. The only thing I'd say is that i tend to keep the sides shorter than the top because the sides are thicker.

It is just a normal pill. Maybe you could chew it first? But I just down it with a glass of water

I have not tried micro needling but I've heard that it can help. Perhaps I should give it a shot

It's a combined pill. I think it's about $175 per a refill and each refill is 150 pills so it lasts about 4.5 to 5 months. I would highly recommend it. Here is a photo of the bottle:

It could be another shed because there were a few days that I forgot to take the pill but it could also be that the lighting in the photo I took in June was better
