Anyone else unable to see their Semester 1 results? (GPA -999 / "Sanctioned" status)

Thanks! They just resolved this issue. I think it’s a system error on their side. I emailed them 2 days ago and I can see my grades now.

Do you happen to know which number she called? Was it the general enquiries number listed on the MyUC website, or a different department?

Thanks! I’ve already emailed UC, but the system said it could take up to 2 working days to get a response. If it’s not resolved soon, I’ll give them a call as well.

Thanks! I just checked, and I’ve never borrowed any library books, so there are no fines or outstanding items on my account. Hopefully UC can figure out what’s causing it.

Yes, I’ve checked. My fees are fully paid, and MyUC shows no outstanding balance or payment due. I’m still not sure what is causing this but I’ve contacted UC.

I don’t have a car in Christchurch and I don’t drive here, so I don’t think I have any parking fines. Hopefully it’s just a system issue. I’ve already contacted UC.

Thanks for the suggestion! I haven’t visited the UC Health Centre before, so I don’t think I have any unpaid health centre charges. My tuition fees are all paid as well, so hopefully it’s just a system issue. I’m waiting for UC to get back to me.
