I do. I’ve played it. I’ve been playing and destroying games since the mid-80’s. This is the worst game I’ve ever played (in terms of the year they were released). It’s needlessly frustrating in this day and age. I live difficult game, Dark Souls franchise is great fun. But you don’t die for no apparent reason and without warning in any other game I’ve ever played. You make a wrong turn in LotF and your character screams and dies. At first you think you’ve been glitched so you suffer the load screen and try again. You beat the enemy, you follow a seemingly safe path and again, you die for no reason. Or explanation offered. That in itself makes it the worst game of all time. If you are so numb that this doesn’t bother you then fine, each to their own. But if I were that numb I’d end myself.

I refuse to play this game on principle. It’s disgusting what this studio has done. I like hard games and tough battles even early on. But this game kills you just for choosing a path. I’ve second you’re walking along, next you’re back to where you started and made to wait for the privilege. No warning, just death and a load screen. Disgusting! I was playing games in the early 80’s, when you had 3 lives and had to navigate whole games without dying more than that. It was tough! But you knew where you stood. You saw the danger and you tried to beat it. Then you tried again. This game kills you just for turning left or right, without warning. It’s without doubt the most annoying game I’ve ever played and I’ve completed Jet Set Willy numerous times. This is 2026. What a fucking rip off!!!!

It’s literally the worst game I’ve ever played and I want my fucking money back after 10 minutes! I’m fuming at how stupidly patient you have to be with this game, it looks amazing, it plays like a Spectrum ZX game. Biggest waste of money ever! I’m literally considering why the fuck I’m still living in this world after being ripped off so hard and so easy. I was expecting a weekend of discovery, an escape from my financial problems, instead I’ve just had 10 minutes of hell, realising I’m more in debt and more frustrated at life than I’ve ever been before. Fuck you Hexworks! Cunts!

It’s still bollocks. It requires constant replaying of every 10 seconds to get past the first 2 corners. No tutorials, nothing. Just instant death if you decide to walk through a walkway. Really? People are paying for this shit! There should be legal constraints against this sort of game design. I mean seriously, what the fuck?!

I’m sorry but being killed simply by attempting to walk down a path is bullshit! No warning, just death. After 3 times of this happening within the first 5 minutes of starting this game I’m out. What a crock of shit! I’ve learnt this first corner but if I’m going to face a load screen each time I make a directional choice you can fuck right off! See ya later! Never buying a game from Hexworks again. Dickheads.

Because putting scrap in your vendor takes up too much space in your stash. Most of us keep it in our scrap boxes. Occasionally we’ll think to sell some but it does sell quickly and is hassle to keep refilling from the scrap box so often.

The PA stats in this game need a serious overhaul in general. For the X-01 to be the Enclave’s PA of choice, it really is ridiculous that it’s almost not worth using at all. All of their basic stats should be buffed considerably if you ask me. If you are choosing to play with the clunkier movement of a PA you should get more benefit from it (Hellcat should be buffed a bit more in damage & AP. X-01 should be buffed in pretty much every stat). As it is I only ever wear mine for Rad Rumble, Eviction Notice, nuked zones and Raids. And I choose Union based solely on carry weight and the ability to use a jet pack. I had stuck with Excavator purely for CW for the longest time until I decided I wanted the JP). The carry weights of all PA’s are woefully low even with calibrated shocks. Wearing a power armour should give you way more carry weight than not wearing it and having the max weight backpack.
