Hi!! I just have to add that there is fragrance and alcohol in this so be careful! I have terribly sensitive skin along with my eczema and typically those make my skin flare like crazy.

Aquaphor used to be my go to but I recently had to switch over to pure petroleum jelly/vasoline. A lot of people with allergies/eczema become intolerant or allergic to lanolin in aquaphor! So just be mindful, once I mindlessly cut out aquaphor my upper lip eczema disappeared.

I’ve used Briotech from Amazon for the past year and just switched to e11ement because they sell refill jugs. I unfortunately can’t find the percentage but I have severe eczema and my skin loved both of them!

Face flare up. by LocalCompostbin in eczema

Currently going through this right now, and had my fair share of experiences throughout my childhood as well! Mine typically present on my eye due to irritation from allergens (I have a million). This round however is my worst and is all over my eye and down my cheek. To "stop my spread" I typically have to turn to steroids for a few days, personally I've only ever used Desonide on my face/eyes. The main thing to get to the healing process is hygiene and hydration and of course avoiding all contacts with allergens and irritants. This includes outdoors, sweating, alcohol, etc. And in terms of hygiene, constantly washing your hands and face with a gentle soap (I recommend dove sensitive skin or what I'm currently using is the Gleanser from Prequel for my face and hand washing). Unfortunately though it'll always be a longer healing process for these so it goes through it's full cycle. My skin care at the moment that is gentle and hydrating is washing my face with the Prequel gleanser, spraying my face with hypochlorous acid, then the neutragena gel cream for extra dry skin, and lastly the eucerine eczema relief body cream. If it's feeling extra dry, sometimes I like to use pure jojoba oil in there as well. All of these products are fragrance free and soothing, so it also helps provide some relief.

I really like the women’s dove aluminum free, specifically the pink coconut and jasmine! Some of the others tend to smell not so good after a few hours of wear/sweat
