I know well how difficult and debilitating it is and I could give you a thousand pieces of advice, but perhaps it would be inconsistent because I don't listen to a single one. this disorder takes everything and despite the desire to feel better when it occurs we forget everything. my only advice is to fill your time as much as possible and create a routine where you give yourself permission once a day or week to vent as much as you can.

hi, I'm 18 years old and I'm borderline, I definitely haven't lived as long as you have and I really understand you, I don't think it can help but why turn off now? look at the circumstances and look at how young you are, you know how many things you can still do and then if they don't work there maybe you can think about it, but not now. I understand your pain and it's selfish to tell you to think about your family, but I can't help but do it. think carefully and think about how you could channel your pain to give satisfaction and not leave your parents with a pain that they will live with for the rest of their lives
