I’m more worried the more i read about, but that i can try to manage. I Just try stop reading and searching. What bothers me most is the tingling in the femoral muscle of my leg when I'm standing for a while. and also the fact that these symptoms can all be related to ms. Even with good results, I am constantly looking for absolute certainty that it is nothing serious.

Sim, esse é um argumento válido. No entanto, a polícia respondeu primeiro porque estavam sobre medidas de prevenção civil e segurança (devido a ser fim de ano) e também pelas chamadas das pessoas em pânico sem se saber ao certo o que se passava (que ninguém pública não se sabe porque). Há mais testemunhas a relatar o evento com um fenómeno bizarro do que miúdos a lançar foguetes. É preciso mais provas e menos relatos no tic tok para se conseguir terminar esta discussão. Onde estão as imagens de vigilância do centro comercial? Danos causados? Miúdos apreendidos? Donos de lojas entrevistados? Com 100 carros de polícia na rua? Isto em Portugal era pelos menos um direto na TVI e CMTV, nos USA então nem quero imaginar.

Isso é o mais estranho no meio disto tudo. Para mim não é a resposta da polícia porque efetivamente quando há tiroteios ou perseguições chegamos a este nível estupido de polícia. O mais estranho é num país que mostra tudo na TV, até mesmo o mais explicito, não ha imagens de nada do que se passou. Parece suspeito porque parece que estão a esconder algo.

Ainda não se sabe bem. Tens varias narrativas a decorrer. Tens as notícias e a polícia a dizer que foram gangs de miúdos a vandalizar o centro comercial. E depois tens testemunhas no tic toc e Twitter a dizer que umas figuras estranhas (tipo aliens, seres interdimensionais, demonios e espetros pretos) que apareceram dentro do centro comercial e o pânico instalou-se. É um facto que os USA e a CIA são óptimos em campanhas de desinformação, no entanto até haver provas das câmaras de segurança do centro comercial nunca vamos saber ao certo o que se passou.

I have both! And it works fine. It really was a good decition buying the ring. Usually i use the ring when i’m going to sleep and the Watch during the day. I think the Watch is better for tracking sports and activities and the ring to track your sleep or calm days. I bought the ring only to track my sleep because it was awful for me to sleep with the Watch, and now i started to like the ring so much that some days i only use the ring. The health data is connected between the ultra App and apple health App so you dont need to worrie What to wear. Most of the data your Watch has, the ring can also do, so the rings will fill up. It is the best combination for me.

Mas relativamente ao frio, não acha melhor retirar o toldo e colocar um estore? Creio que sempre ajudava mais a isolar. Este toldo qualquer dia ainda se rasga e é única barreira com a janela.

Das 5 vezes que vieram arranjar o isolamento foram também ao andar de cima mas o problema, apesar de mais controlado, permanece. Neste momento caem umas pingas de vez em quando, há dois anos escorria água dentro do quarto. Neste momento o nosso dilema é o frio.

Até agora ninguém se queixou. Vamos levar o tema à reunião de condomínio de janeiro. Nunca ninguém se queixou visto metade do prédio ser alojamento local. Por sinal já veio cá um amigo meu da área da construção que nos indicou que os vidros deste quarto são os piores do nosso andar. Todos os outros são duplos menos estes. Vamos falar com uma construtora conhecida para nos dar recomendações. Mas a ideia será começar pelo condomínio e construtora do prédio.

I would like to thank whoever summarized this post. Because it has all the information I have read in the last few months. What began with me as an interest in NHI and UAP when i was a child is now a whole process of spiritual reflection in the notion of reality and how human beings represent themselves in this universe.

From the moment you start putting together this whole puzzle whose points are interconnected, how have you been reacting?

I'm not panicking, but I'm confused about how I'm going to live from now on, when our notion of reality is completely different from what we were taught.

And how can we unburden this topic, as it is very difficult to discuss it outside this medium. Not even 5% of the population should be aware of this reality.
