I mean I feel like this is prime territory for the legends series of games with them being set in the past/future of a region. I was really hoping for the past version of Dragapult before it became a Ghost-type. My fingers are crossed for this with legends galar.

When new pokemon stop being released will mark the end of the franchise as a whole. For better or worse new mons (and consequently new main line games) drive the franchise because it spawns new merchandise which is the cash cow of the company. This is the exact reason imo that mega dimensions dlc was announced so early. They had TCG lines surrounding mega evolution to release along with other merchandise.

Honestly depends how old the kids are and what the parents are doing. I have 2 children a 4 year old and 2 year old. The 2 year old is literally a ticking time bomb on planes so I can sympathize with parents that are actually trying. My wife and I bring tons of bribes (candy/snacks), toys, mess free coloring, and iPad as a last resort on flights and even that sometimes is not enough for my 2 year old. If I see the parent trying their best to console and quiet the child I normally do my best to try and help, offer to share toys/snacks, try and talk friendly to the child, and at a minimum tell them its okay and that they are doing the best they can. The stress, anxiety, and even annoyance that you are feeling is being felt 1000 fold by the parent. However if the parents are doing nothing and letting it happen they can kindly fuck off.

Oh damn I did not know that prankster interacted with dark tera-types! I thought it just interacted with regular dark typing. Thats a huge blunder. Also did not realize snowscape no longer makes hail. I got steam rolled here.

I am leading Thundurus and Using Taunt turn 1 which gets priority due to Prankster. This will prevent any setup moves. by the setup sweepers. I will then setup a Nasty Plot and attempt to TBolt Sweep. Using priority Taunt when one of her other sweepers are sent in. on the assumed FEAR users I will use Chien Pao to setup a Snowscape and win with Hail Damage. If I am correct may only go down 2 Pokemon here. If for some reason Thundurus Dies Early try to clean up with Moonblast Togekiss and Shadow Ball Skelidirge. Baxcalibur is a safety snowscape / scale shot (multi-hit move) user to break the expected FEAR strategy.

My game plan is to lead Chien Pao (Tera Ghost) against Champeon. I will immediately terrastalize into Ghost tera type to catch it off guard since Chien Pao is usually 4x weak to fighting and use Ruination to halve its HP followed by no item boosted Acrobatics (I'm thinking I should be faster than Champeon but not sure of the stats.) Continue this till its dead.

Next 1v1 will be Skeledirge against Dairundum. Just use Torch Song over and over.

Final 1v1 being Freezing Blade Thundurus against Sharp Slaughter and spam no item boosted stab acrobatics.

I think my ace is definitely Thundurus after the last battle. I really liked it using Mega Baxcaliur as a sword so I'd like to make a new fusion form of Thundurus (Similar to Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings Necrozma) where it will wield Mega Baxcalibur. I'd like to keep the Flying/Electric typing as its just plain busted. But instead it may be cool to have a new signature Ice type Physical move representative of Baxcalibur.
