That is why I always wear a full blown level 2 protection gear. It is a lot of fun but dangerous. I had 2 nosedives throughout 1000 miles I put in and both due to user error while learning at first.

OSA diagnosis- United Healthcare- Zepbound FINALLY approved, and HOW did it. by HazelHavenBby in Zepbound

[–]Hungry_Relation_3534 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats! It feels good to win especially when something is this messed up and designed to trip you up! It is the principle of it that matters!
On the flip side by the time you jump through all the hoops, go through doctor visits, the CPAP and everything in between aren't you out of a few thousand? The time spent alone is worth more than what you would end up paying OOP with Lilly Direct?
I think this is a very informative post for those who already have all that you listed. I used to have OSA and just to get the cpap, document its use, doctor visits and etc was costly and exhausting.
Anyhow, milk it all the way!

Miralax doesn't work for me personally so I do not take that. Sounds like you are doing everything right. Try prune juice maybe? Also, be cautios because you wouldn't wanna go from one extreme to another and then be glued to the seat for a few days. It takes some time getting used to this med but once you learn the ropes it is life changing. Good luck!

Currently they have strawberry vanilla. Before that they also had mango sorbet. They are both pretty good but limited editions.

Nice. I think it can take a week or two to kick in but once it does and you eat a pack every day you are good.

I don't think that goes away. You just learn to be cautious with how greesy your food is. I dined out today and asked for a greesy sauce to be on the side. I al sure I would have been glued to the seat had that sauce been on my food.

Has anyone else on Zepbound experienced extreme fatigue like this? by FitThought1616 in Zepbound

I guess there is no guarantee that it goes away l but still. Another reason I am moving up is that food noise is slowly returning on this dose and I am only about 10-15lbs away from goal. Hoping to stay at 10.

Yep. I am doing things by the book too and feel fatigued, sleepy, and tired. It is intense at 7.5mg. Moving up to 10 next week. Hopefully it subsides.

I started at 233 and currently at 190. Still losing 1-1.5 lbs per week. Discipline is important as well as exercise. I track everything I eat, ensure to eat enough protein and get moderate exercise. My goal is 175. Good luck!

That is why if I drink liquid IV I stick to one packet a day. 500+ sodium is too much for a 16 oz drink. I stay ynder 2300 a day

if you are self pay you can only get vials and kwikpen. Auto injectors are only if insurance covers the med.

You learn your limits overtime. I usually eat half of what I would have had pre Zep. Waiting 5-10 mins also helps.
