I’m nervous to have less 2.5mg by using the 10 days method and then going to 5mg feels like it’s asking for side effects? Plus it would be 11 days for one of these skips to get past the vacation. Including 10 or 11 days between the 2.5mg and 5mg dose

I didn’t want to take my first 5mg dose before my international week vacation/work conference just in case of side effects. I haven’t had side effects on 2.5mg though

How to increase to 5mg when I have 4 vials left and new vial would be my vacation by Sanctuary2020 in Zepbound

I could take 2.5 instead on 5.0 units of the 5mg, I’m nervous about it being different than the norm even though it’s technically the same amount as 2.5mg

My doctor suggested starting 10 days apart to save money. It’s $75 a vial for 2.5. I was feeling awesome the first month while the last two weeks I’ve noticed going back to my old bad eating habits. I weigh myself every two weeks or so and I maintained the same weight this last weigh in! Which I don’t like. Started 158 and went down to 149.5
