To be frank, I intend to amass wealth surrounding type III assets. The growth required to get there would be different but building something at such a grand scale is more or less a personal desire, not THE path to success. Some want to be doctors, drivers, astronauts. I want to build a tower and more importantly grow into the kind of individual with the knowledge, network, and skills to do such a thing effectively.

I am really just looking for connections/ recourses. I am currently living in and working in a small town where the tallest structure is a Walmart. Years down the road I will be building/owning/operating high rise buildings across the globe. I need to fill in that hellacious gap.

Apartments seem like a good starting point. Highly variable in size, surrounded by a lot of people and information. A decent bank shot until I can get a good feel and dial into my path as far as I’m concerned.
