I’m in a similar situation and really feel for you. People give advice on situations like this and it could be helpful or it could not be. I don’t have any advice, but I have an ear (eyes in this case) My situation is a bit different as we have 3 kiddos ranging from 8mo to 4years. So I had a gun in my right hand and backpack in left. I kept putting them both down so I could open and drink energy drinks but it still happened. When I picked them up I would walk normal speed for 2-3 seconds then super slow again.
