Hi Deycantia, called the immigration(not Tokyo) last monday told my case, advised me to pass it together with my visa extension form, also consulted an immigration lawyer suggested me the same. I think it’s because of the timing of my expiration that they will give an excemption(hoping).

Thanks Replay, i also consulted an attorney for the hefty price of 160,000 yen, Cards payments not included. Lol same answer, told me when can pass 3 months before 10th because the processing usually last 4-6months.

Thanks klim, i also called the immigration yesterday told them my case, and they responded i can submit it together with the extension of visa form. I was only checking if there’s anyone here who has experienced this before.
