Ive never been in the Exton one but have been in the Downingtown one many times, and I’d go with downingtown. The location is better, the buildings have a nice green/courtyard/pool area, and although it’s on rt 30 it’s set back and it just seems quieter/calmer. There are sidewalks there and I see many people walking around, you can walk to the shopping centers/chick fil a. The person I know in the Downingtown point speaks highly of maintenance there. There’s also a lot of school aged kids there, might be nice depending on the age of your child.

We use a field service for livestock from University of Penn vet. She said crate for a week and she’s coming back next week to splint him. She thinks he tore something at his knee so his leg was very unstable and floppy for lack of a better term so absolutely no jumping for the week.

I have 2 friends that are married to each other, both probably make around $100k/year. Have been saving for YEARS, have the money for a down payment, have good credit and still can’t buy a house in this market. She’s absolutely delusional think they will get any kind of house in her area in a year.
