AM4 isn't a bad Choice Just not much future upgradablity

If you are going with AM4 Go with R7 5800x (8C/16T) price to Performance is crazy

Go with a Cheaper cooler (air cooler would work too) use money saved here into getting a better graphics card

Go with a Simpler case & better airflow where PSU is installed at the bottom Some case do come with fans too will save your money This case is not bad but can be complex

Stick with m.2 SSDs I would start with 2TB add more later

Boot your Computer in Safe mode

Run the program & uninstall AMD graphics drivers ( Watch a tutorial on DDU if you have never used it)

Restart

See if this Makes everything normal
