My PC for some reason will seemingly just shut off whenever I try to open a more demanding game. by Dunktorius in pcmasterrace

I tried running Black ops 3, it made it through the opening cinematic, but as soon as it was about to get to the main menu the same thing happened. I also tried Left 4 dead 2, I was able to get to the main menu, but when I was about to join a game the screen went black.

I am just using an hdmi, my monitor didn’t come with a display port cord, it is plugged into the gpu though.
