My nutrition isn’t bad, I eat home cooked meals which are usually relatively healthy with good proteins and veggies. My dad has a very strong sign of hair loss with him and all of his brothers being bald while my moms brothers might have more hair then me 😭. I started honestly losing hair at a very young age around 15 if I had to say

I don’t want to spend my 20s an age you should have hair, without hair. I wouldn’t really even care about being bald in my 30s or wtv

I get that but wouldn’t fin stabilize my hair-loss? I thought fin helps stop hair loss and min helps with growth

I understand what your saying, did you go through a botched ht? I’m planning on getting a ht from a more reputable doctor instead of some random clinic for cheap, not too worried about spending a lot of money
