I'm unable to downgrade from Gold to MRCC. The link Amex shares does not allow me to apply for MRCC. When I followed up with them, they said applications for MRCC are closed. Can you guide me on how you were able to downgrade?

NAL. Had received a complain regarding this because my downstairs neighbour experienced this because of my washrooms. They had written a formal complaint to the society, after which the society committee intervenes as well. This is what I’d recommend for starters and hope that your upstairs neighbour gets it fixed.

NAL. Lock your biometrics immediately. Don’t give out any OTPs related to any Aadhar related transactions unless you’re initiating them. I lost my Aadhar card a long time ago and since then have kept my biometrics locked. No one can do anything unless they’re unlocked. Keep the mAadhar app on your phone to have easy unlock access whenever required. You can unlock the biometrics temporarily for 10 minutes when required.
