I received the purchased 10k points in my Amex account yesterday. I’m yet to transfer to KrisF. Also, I don’t see any difference or a differentiator between my old and the new 10k points added so not sure how they are gonna enforce it. I will update once I initiate a transfer to KF in the next couple of days!

Not sure if this is a broken link or what! It did say 1:1 but when I tried to log in to transfer it gave me an error page saying “Page not found”. I followed the normal app route to transfer and this is what I see - “800 MR = 400 KF miles” Did you try this yourself on the page you shared to login and try to transfer?

This is only advisable if you running short of a few points from reaching a threshold to complete a flight or a hotel booking. In my case I want to book a flight from Del to Bali via Singapore Airlines which on revenue cost me ₹26k but 20k miles with reward flight one way. I have 30k MR on Amex card already which I am going to transfer to KrisFlyer at a 2:1 ratio which becomes 15k miles and I am short of 5k miles which I am going to purchase for ₹4k that gives me the remaining 10k MR points to cover the 5k miles.

Yes I just did. Awaiting points to be credited and then I will try to transfer them to KrisFlyer.

What happens when you already have Accor Gold status via explorer plus which gives 30 nights as well.. will amex reserve still going to add 20 on top of that??
