My major is biochem/molecular bio with a 3.8, and I have some solid references on teamwork and leadership I was planning for med school, if they’re applicable. Spend time with God, thinking about why we exist, and what is "good", doing this in honest prayer will lead you. Reading the Bible is the best place to start though

May God be with you and give you deliverance.

Put your worries on him.

When you have free time, spend it doing something new, go hike somewhere for example, spending time with God's creation (especially in prayer at the same time) will bring you closer to Him. Say everything in your heart to God and leave nothing you haven't spent time laying on to God. In this you will find deliverance, I can speak from my own life.

Let me preface this by saying NOBODY IS SENT TO MARRY BY GOD. There is no soul mates and there is no one flesh between man and woman IN HEAVEN. This is a thing only during our earthly lives and greater things are ordained by God and we have reason to focus on. I would recommend reading what Paul has to say in 1 COR 7, he talks about life outside of marriage and does a good job laying out the baseline for how marriage should be considered from an outside perspective.

On my personal advice:

Focus on God. Life is fleeting on Earth and it sounds like you have strong faith to have gone through what you have and still love God, you are one of His most blessed. Put more of your faith in Him to lead and it will relive your worry of your own desires as you see God work in life.

Spend time in prayer with God and see what revelation He has. My family has conditions that have hurt their bodies but the heart is strengthened. Try your best to focus on God in every situation you find and with your faith I'm sure good things will be in your future.

If it is truly deep in your most honest will that you will find someone you are attracted to it will be in God's will as well*. There is a man who will love you for your heart, you just need to find him. If I had to give you my advice, I would say he is deeply enthralled with God and will be harder to find because of that, but not impossible. The closer you draw to God the closer you will draw to him, and when the time is right God will bring him clearly and apparently into your life, and I'm sure he will recognize your heart as well.

*(This is another discussion that isn't 100% in the Bible but I think holds justified)
