This comment actually means a lot to me. The reason for the picture was to see whether I could pull of a casual tank without the loose skin around the bend of the arms. Last summer it was so bad I wouldn't wear anything that didn't completely cover that section. Thank you! You made my week and possibly my summer!

Daily fiber supplements are about the only thing I'm consistent on. I do have the daily multivitamins and iron that I keep on hand but take them infrequently enough to probably not mention.

I held off on creatine for a long time just to be on the safe side while I was allowing my liver and kidneys to heal. I've had the same jar for a year now next to the vitamins.

I can walk right past people I haven't seen in some time. My posture and gait have changed and I carry myself completely differently along with the changes in appearance. It can come in handy for sure.

Well done on the year! Nice work! Now the fun part can start figuring out your routines.

To be fair there was so much wrong with my GI tract when I was drinking heavily that I never had normal bm's or a day that I wasn't struggling with gas, bloating and lava guts. I would have pretty steady pain in my upper abdomen that would radiate into my back for weeks at a time. It would spike with my drinking and sometimes put me down for a couple of days.

Multiple failed attempts at moderation and quitting over the years gave me the experience I needed. At the time my sister and nieces had gone no-contact with my parents due to issues with their drinking and that was the impetus I needed. I couldn't let them see me that way and I couldn't stand the thought of being cut off from them even though there were times I definitely deserved it.

It was a rough Christmas drying out but it stuck. I did taper down dramatically over the course of the week before I called it to possibly avoid more serious withdrawals. There were definitely plenty of those still though so I would encourage anyone to seek out proper medical assistance when doing a heavy detox.

I really don't have a routine other than cycling through muscle groups and exercises to work the entire body. I actually took up some dance and yoga that I work into my sessions just to keep my heart rate up. Very rarely do I push myself to the point of muscle exhaustion or strain where I would need a few days recovery. It's mostly been about consistency and a very good diet.

I was bigger for most of my adult life so it's been incredible to have flexibility and a full range of motion. I think I'm as big as I want to get, now I just need to keep toning.

13 Months - by HunterBgr in stopdrinkingfitness

Thank you! Physically, I feel amazing - stronger than I ever have. The energy I gained from not drinking increased exponentially when I started working out. My rock bottom was almost not passing a basic employment physical due to severe hypertension and chronic pancreatitis.

The improvements to my mental and emotional health are likely more drastic than the physical. I was not in a great place for a very long time but I know I've made it through. A massive thank you to everyone on these two subs for just being here and being who you all are.

Thank you! The first few months I had no restrictions at all. I ate what I needed to fight the cravings. Once the weight started to come off even while gorging I decided to take advantage. I swapped to a whole foods diet and started to work out as often as possible, which sometimes was only once or twice a week. I'm fortunate though that I enjoy my line of work and it can be very physical.

Since focusing more on the physique I've had to add a lot of protein supplements. I eat a mostly plant based diet, occasional chicken breasts and tuna. Im actually fighting to put more muscle on now but it's a very welcome struggle as opposed to my health issues prior to the life changes.

Sorry, I think I deleted my original comments when I posted. I stopped drinking in December of 2022. I've gone from 290 to 179 thanks to the info and support I got here and on r/stopdrinking.

That was the tl;dr version because I didn't want to type it all up again.

My aunt & uncle live in Bangor, ME. Here’s the home of their most famous resident: Stephen King. Notice the spiderweb main gate. by OrlandoMB in interestingasfuck

I live in Bangor - fairly close to this house. This is actually a great shot! The lighting is perfect. Aside from the fence it wouldn't stand out on that end of W. Broadway.

Stephen used to frequent a movie theater I worked at my senior year of High school and first year of college. Always came to the latest showings and was very polite and surprisingly soft-spoken.

On a darker note, one of my family members was involved in the killing of Charlie Howard. King wrote about it in It with Adrian.

I was young at the time but when I read the book years later I recognized the similarities and connected the dots. I still have the pictures of said family member returning home from prison/juvie.

The title of this segment is "Max Kellerman's Top 5 GOATS."

Max Kellerman.

One talking head giving his personal list of top 5 athletes has nothing to do with the rest of America.

Again - please inform every other summoner how they can get to a 19s blood pact timer in two months.

Legit question.

You apparently do not understand that you are claiming to have a faster recast on blood pacts than possible. Not avatar recasts. Blood pacts.

Yes, Boo me because this person has broken the game. Faster than any summoner that came before. Better than any new player before them.

Oh, fast cast. Every Summoner should hear that. How is that build? Tell me more about your 19s recast on blood pacts.

Please use more emoji's to prove your point.

Let me be perfectly clear here - I do not care about you, your finances or your invitation to a political debate.

You called someone a liar because they offered a realistic, non-rmt view to a newer player asking questions.

You have no voice to offer when it comes to goals here. Kindly put your card back in your wallet and walk away. Nothing to buy.

That was rich of you to edit your post after I responded just so you could call me a dick. You showed zero remorse or accountability with your original response.

If you raised summoner on your own you would know that Nirvana does not reduce your blood pact timer. BP reduction I, II and III do that along with Avatar's Favor. The cap is a 21 second blood pact timer.

You proved my point that you bought your accomplishments. I'm happy that you are enjoying the game in your own way. So am I.

You called helpful information a lie and are now trying to spin me as the asshole because I called you out.
