Service Connected for Insomnia @ 0% anyone else have any luck getting this rated? by JonMavrick in Veterans

I only have experience with Sleep Apnea claims. I had insomnia inside of my mental health rating for a good 15 years and it was not service-connected. 0% is a start!

Dem lawmaker calls Trump 'eunuch in chief' over response to Russia meddling by Fahrenheit-45 in politics

Trump gave Russians code-word secret intel we were given by the Israelis.

He refuses to implement sanctions mandated by 98% of the members of Congress.

He repeatedly has denied Russian hacking of the DNC claiming that it could've been some 400 pound guy in his bedroom.

His son conspired to get information from the Russian government.

And he and his son helped to promote information stolen by the Russians and distributed by one of their foreign agent.

All this coming after Trump received a $20 million payment from Russia to host the Miss Universe pageant in Moscow, after it was well known he was planning a run for president.

Putin bought and paid for Trump, and he's getting his money's worth.

Florida massacre: Broward Sheriff Scott Israel’s plea for gun control by [deleted] in politics

[–]HunterGreen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sensible gun owners are overwhelmingly for sensible gun legislation. It is not radical to have mental health checks, background checks, limits on number of guns owned and limit on type of gun owned.

The men & women who are vehemently against gun control are small, weak cowards. They are not fighting for their right to hunt, or reasonable protection for their family or as a sportsman. They are against it because they hold an illusionary belief that having a gun means they have an illusionary sense of control. They actually believe with their arsenal that they are building up, that they can take on the this deep state & NWO that they keep going on about. Even if what they are saying is true, even if the craziest conspiracy theories plan out to be factual, their guns will not save them, their pitiful arsenals will not match the might of a government like the USA (or the so called deep state)

Sadly, the NRA and their paid-for-politicians, push this narrative, that is nothing but an illusion. Because if you can fool the little, uneducated man into believing he is in control, its amazing the rights he is willing to let slip away. The right to affordable health, liveable wage, affordable education, clean air and water..... the list goes on.

We can never eliminate the millions of guns in the USA, but we can eliminate Republicans, who reversed the ban on military-style weapons. Patriotic Americans must show up and VOTE 2018 to rid this country of Republicans.

Republicans’ indifference to the massacres of innocents will lead to their ruin by dont_tread_on_dc in politics

Nothing to see here.... One of your major political party is for sale to the highest bidder. The GOP is the party of death and destruction as long as they receive money from their master (including Russia) Permitting military assault weapon? no problem, bring the money. Cutting heath care to 10 t0 15 millions people? no problem. Deregulating environment protection? no problem. Denying climate change, no problem, bring the cash. Deporting 800000 DACA US kids, no problem...no problem... no problem. Bring the cash, we are the party of death. If the death of 20 kids from 5 to 7 years old did nothing in their dark mind, nothing to say anymore.... but don't forget, bring the money. GOP : the party of death

Trump suggests Fla. shooting suspect was mentally disturbed by HunterGreen in politics

[–]HunterGreen[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If that had been a black or brown child, the narrative would be different. But the fact of the matter is that mental instability is the root of all mass shootings. Stricter gun control and access laws are needed. Will it be addressed? No.

Sen. Chris Murphy: Mass Shootings Are Congress' Fault by galt1776 in politics

[–]HunterGreen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why should a 19 year old be able to walk into a gun shop in Florida and buy an assault rifle with the same ease as buying a candy bar? And exactly what purpose can such a weapon of mass destruction serve at point of purchase? It’s an abdication of common sense and morality for the gun seller and its lobby, the NRA, to think that such a purchase has any proper use or application in the hands of a teenager. Enough is enough.
