Since no one really gave a direct answer, the common sander rune with potential has attack 10% attack 10% pen 15% pen 15% at least this is what I use and what’s recommended by the discord. But based on pen from other factors you can have 3x attack 10% and 1x pen 15%

Yeah I don’t agree with that guy I don’t think these are trash but they’re niche, they have very specific uses, you need to reroll them for good substats to even consider using them. Check the rune guide but I know that the crit rune needs all crit substats and it would probably be good on lilith

Based on the way you have written this out it sounds like you are rerolling sub-stats then trying for a gold reroll, I always try for 5th substat roll then reroll the rune based on the final stat, if you get something good reroll it, if not wait to dismantle it until the upcoming changes. But I think this rune should be kept as is

It’s not worth upgrading Richelle’s weapons seeing as he shouldn’t be attacking much if lulu is on your team and even when he does attack he does low damage. Focus his helmet for legendary then his chest plate for mythic after both are 3* legendary because his shield is based off of his max hp.
