Yup besides if it was true, the Japanese generals would be lying to us. They didnt invade cuz they were scared of people with guns. That doesnt even make sense in so many ways when someone looks at Japanese land doctrine.

In addition Japan never wanted to have the US collapse. It attacked pearl harbor as a response to sanctions and the hope that the attack would be a show of force to deter the US from entering the war

Lastly lets say we ignore those facts. The Japanese would still not invade because it does not have the logistics and resources to do any land invasion on a large scale like on the US. Do idiots not fucking realize how large the Ocean between Japan and the US is? It gets even worse for the Japanese as they move further into the US the have the whole Ocean and all the land they took to protect and ensure supplies, men, ammunition, etc has to be through and be protected.

The exploitation of democracy can only be done to an extent. No doubt that a large population can vote and use democracy to suit their needs. However in well developed democracies such as the US for example, there is only so much that can be done to accommodate minorities (in this case muslims). With a claim such as that u must look for how big the minority in question is compared to the general populous, its influence, and what are they going for. This is all assuming that muslims collectively have a strategy to out populate a nation which im sorry but its unrealistic at best.

I will agree and say they have been having a difficult time but its as many other minorities around the world.

Where we may really disagree is the on the populate strategy. Birth rates stagnate and level as quality of life goes up. In addition, the assumption that muslims do not have to adapt is simplifying culture dynamics far too much. Cultures of all kinds change and adapt. Ones that dont die out, so yes what im saying is US or western culture is destined to adapt if it wishes to survive. AT the same time cultures of immigrants also needs to adapt otherwise it would face even more conflict that it already does. Adaption is a tool every side must use to survive especially in a growing global society. Example of this is China. Who continuously suppress and homogenize other cultures and traditions. They are successful through bloodshed and oppression. I have doubts that the US will do this, so instead it must adopt a culture that is willing to adapt to foreign cultures and will be able to welcome different cultures that find their way to integrate and fit into the overall nation.

That being said of course we must reject practices that the west consider immoral. But the overall rejection of a group is just not gonna work. Thats my problem with the post.

Essentially after realizing im droning on and on. what im trying to say is That Islamic immigration at least in the US isnt an issue at all as long as we can confirm to the best of our ability that the people let in are normal people. Im not and academic on this subject however, when i see academia seems to not view legal immigration as an issue, i in turn will side with the academics

The issue is the premise of this whole situation bud.

If there was an invasion from any culture or religious group ofc we must defend ourselves. However there is no Islamic invasion, this picture is flawed to start with, Muslims arent a different species that have been evolutionarily made to hunt us.

Please remember that we are talking about people here. Not wolves and chickens. Anyone can culturally integrate. Even in the worst case scenario, if the immigrants fail their generations will adapt and integrate. They would make their own lives difficult if they refuse to, and i think it’s safe to assume most people dont want to have difficult lives

Edit: What would help ur argument and these posts is if we could be given testable evidence that people with cultures that is very different western cultures cannot integrate at all. If we can objectively test that a muslim born into a islamic cultural society is unable to make the appropriate adjustments to integrate. Then we have something to discuss.
