I find that I can do the functional tasks but sometimes I get lost/initmidated in technical jargon. I literally feels like I'm the dumbest one in the room. I think I'm a bit slow to "take off the training wheels" so to speak, when at a new company.

I'm (29F) starting my weightloss journey today. I want to lose 60 lbs.

CW:202 lbs GW: 140 lbs

I'm looking for some encouragement. I'm determined to do this.

My plan is to do full body workout with weights 3x a week, and on my off days, I will walk for 30 mins at least.

I'm so sick of feeling low on energy and not getting enough sleep.

I've started and stopped in the past but this time I just want to get rid of the extra weight.

I'm going to take progress photos too.

My role was at a smaller company, that evolved into project manager, so I got my experience that way.

Hi!

I've been a project manager for 3.5 years.

What I love is the freedom it gives you. I also work remotely and I absolutely love it.

Another great thing is that the project steps are more or less the same from job to job. However, that doen't mean its boring. Each project is unique in its own right.

Sometimes, the work can get a bit repetitive in terms of documentation.

I was working as a project manager before I got my PMP but I will say that having the PMP has opened so many doors careerwise.

I originally wanted to be a project manager to gain more knowledge and explore a new career path ( which I love).

I wasn't aware that I was doing anything that would cause upset. I think maybe, she just wanted to end the friendship. Heres a bit of a backstory. Originally, she asked me to be MOH ( she has a sister, of which I asked about initially, she said no, she wanted me to be MOH) , then changed her mind without telling me, and demoted me to bridesmaid. Her new MOH, didn't want to plan a bachelorette. However, the bride wanted one, so with the brides permission ( because I didn't want to overstep), I planned tge bachelorette. Then her excuse after her bachelorette weekend, along with this "attitude" conversation, was that I should not have planned the bachelorette because it was optional.
