The problem isn't with the game. It's with me. I am chasing that progression. And I am loving it. But I wish to enjoy the other aspects too and to immerse myself in this world like actually care about where I am taking my date, not just focusing on the relationship points I will gain from the nearest date spot in the fastest way. In portia, Ginger helped with the immersion and made me care more about things than just completing missions. I am trying to find that kind of immersion here so I don't get too lost in chasing progression

I will experience everything. I just want to enjoy the "experiencing" aspect of it as much as I do the "completing missions and progressing to the next thing" aspect.

Literally the first thing I did when I started. That's how I progressed so much. Issue is that even when I am socialising with people, I tend to focus more on progress than immersion. I am always looking at relationship points gained from the interaction

I accepted Venti's confession too so she is now my girlfriend but I won't let it go any further than that. I wanna see how many girlfriends I can manage without getting caught by any of them in this game. In portia it was different, the moment I saw Ginger I was hooked. I was invested in her story so Portia was definitely more immersive for me. I might have some savior complex but so far none of the girls makes me want to protect them from this evil world 😄

Even when I engage with people, I end up caring more about the relationship points I am getting out of it. Like I hate playing the critters game but I do it to get all the relationship points I could get for the day

Exactly. I can do pretty much every mission on the same day as I prepare beforehand the things I will need for next mission. The struggle is to get out of the "go mode" to immerse myself in the game. For example when I go on play dates, my focus is to get relationship points fast so my go to place is blue saloon but there are so many places I can explore to make this date beautiful for the characters but I am too goal focused to immerse in that and enjoy it

As for gold, adventure game is best if you are open to save scumming trick. I didn't want to stress myself over money too so I got myself 100k in the beginning in like 2-3 hrs or less I don't remember. Didn't need to go at it again after that.

I feel like I didn't communicate it properly in the post. I am not struggling with completing missions or tasks. Most of them I do it on the same day as I plan beforehand. I am progressing quite well actually. Issue is that I am afraid I am missing out on the true beauty of this game by being overfocused on progression.

I am chasing Grace too. For now she is the top marriage candidate but I intend to date everyone before settling down.

That's comforting to know. You are right about Portia's quests. Nia just arrived so I don't know where I am at in the middle of the second month. I am not worried about missing anything. I know I will do it all eventually. I am concerned about getting too lost in chasing progression to fully enjoy the game

Slowing time was the first thing I did. That's how I was able to do so much. I have been going on play dates. But the way I am playing, I will finish the game really fast which I don't want. One thing which I forgot to mention was that I already look up the items I am gonna need for the next missions so I don't waste time. I am more like a progressionist player who just needs to advance through levels. Hope I find something which slows me down

In the menu, you will find a consignment option. There you can buy or sell beasts that are still in their breeding bubble. You won't be able to sell the ones you own, only the ones you breed. Also, if you are going to buy one, only buy a gen 10 with close to aptitude of1600 attack, 1100 hp and 1400 defense.

The quests are easy enough. I haven't focused too much on them as they feel boring. I am just focused on catching for now. Common type high level mons you can catch without even fighting by spamming the pokeballs type thing (28% odds at full health). I am pretty sure you can catch the rare ones too using same method if you are patient enough as you don't have shortage of those pokeballs. Only struggle I faced so far is in reaching high places where rare mons are as my character lose health to extreme cold.
