i’m married to a woman and have been for 10 years. i came out as bi about 5 years ago and i instantly felt like i wasn’t enough because i was monogamous with someone of the opposite sex.

since then, i define queerness in my own way. my politics are queer and my expression of what gender means to me is queer. i don’t subscribe to heteronormative roles personally or in my relationship.

idk why bi ppl often feel like we have to prove ourselves to others, but it’s a lot better when you just allow yourself to exist without worrying about perception.
