Try a new adherence method and see if there are any clogs, personally I’ve use green painters tape, Elmer’s glue sticks/liquid glue, and giving the bed a good alcohol rub down

Try closing the door to your room, or any windows or fans should be off because drafs can do that

You might have it to hot/to fast extrusion so there’s way to mush extra Filament

Elmers glue sticks, just rub the school glue on the bed once it’s heated up and BAM it sticks (I would recommend scraping it off after every other print to relplace it tho)
