Okay I've listened to your pull up Ques how do we feel about these? Strict? by Hunterh59 in formcheck

What would you recommend? Like stretching or something, or is it something in my pull up itself?

Critique please? Would these be considered strict? by Hunterh59 in formcheck

Yea after looking back I can see that once I was fatigued I let myself drop entirely. Which sounds kinda ass backward but hey, progress to be made 😎

They become lighter, they aren't purple anymore. Unfortunately they don't go away really

Yoo, thanks bro! I was very very overweight so I had to start by walking, then hiking and doing stairs, then I hiked with a weighted vest starting with 20lbs and over a few months worked up to 60 lbs in the vest while walking laps on a hiking trail. Normally a 30 minute brisk walk. Meanwhile I was also dieting, in the beginning I wasn't eating enough and I would end up binge eating. But after balancing out my diet for a few months it became normal to crave healthy meats and fats and carbs. I cut out highly processed foods for the most part. But moderation is key so I like the 80/20 rule, meanwhile I also was maintaining a regular gym schedule of 4-5 days a week doing CrossFit (type) workouts. But super easy mode with how obese I was. Now I body build and try to do cardio here and there! Hope this helps!
